В конце девяностых герои неплохо зарабатывали на рыбной ловле. Сегодня что-то пошло не так. Им нужно провезти беженцев — этнических корейцев из Китая, грезящих переехать в Южную Корею. Как так вышло? Да улов не задался, а тут беженцы попались. Рыбаки решили им помочь за определенную плату и чисто из человеческих соображений.

Что-то пошло не так. Почему именно, они не смогли понять. Чтоб все исправить, героям нужно больше времени. Времени у них нет, так как по пятам за ними следуют полицейские. Копы готовы на все, чтоб уничтожить тех, кто прикрывает беглецов, даже забыв о том, что самосуд наказуем.
